What’s included in a house clean?

We do it all. We curate our services to the clients needs and wants. It is highly unlikely that there is a cleaning task that we have not been asked to do, or even already tackled yet! We will discuss more in depth during an intital consultation on the client’s desired list of tasks.

How often can you clean my home?

Customized house cleaning services are currently being booked on a monthly basis. Each home is custom bid to meet the customer’s needs with a guarantee on the quality of work performed. Commercial cleaning needs can be booked on a weekly, biweekly or monthly basis.

Are you licensed?

Yes, Things That Shine Co is a licensed and insured buisness.

Do I provide cleaning supplies?

We bring all necessary cleaning supplies including products and equipment needed. We ask if the client prefers specific cleaning supplies, that those are provided for us at each cleaning.

How do I pay for my cleaning services?

We will send you an email with an invoice. The invoice will contain payment options for the completed cleaning or organizing services.
